
Bringing international competition to Dubai
THE SECOND WAKESURF COMPETITION IN DUBAI IS BACK …
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 18th, 2020 – In late December 2019, TribeX successfully hosted the regions first Wake Surfing camp and competition, bringing world renowned coaches from the U.S and all around the globe to Dubai. With over 400 people attending over the period and participating in the week camp and weekend competition.
This year the camp will be held 5-9th April from 6am-6pm daily, our Wakesurf official camp partner is Wake Dubai, Water sport enthusiasts can register online or through TribeX social media for 500aed per hour, and coaching for an additional 365aed per hour.

The competition will be held over the weekend of the 10th and 11th April. The competition will be held along with our partner, WaterCooled Dubai in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Watercooled are the premier water sports provider in the UAE. This will be at Jebel Ali over the two days, entry is open to everyone and is $100 U.S per person.
The competition is also recognized by CWSA, the largest international organization for wake surfing enthusiasts and competitors alike.
In the 2 past years CWSA have organized and scored over 100 events in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
CWSA has been the sole developer of wake surfing on an international level since 2012.
A non-profit organization always looking to expand their core mission of making wake surfing more accessible for athletes and enthusiasts alike.
In 2019, the competition only had an amateur level, now we are opening it up with a pro level division and prizes – this will be the first time this is happening in the Middle East.
